Belgian Quail d'Anver Bantams are the most popular of the
d'Anver Varieties.  They have close fitting rose combs, beards,
muffs and clean legs.  Their primary color is black with each
feather laced with a deep golden bay.  Both males and females
have breasts with brownish yellow, laced plumage.  The hens
regularly lay tinted white eggs and are somewhat broody.

The standard size for a Rooster is 26 ounces and the standard
size for a Hen is 22 ounces.

We suggest a feed ration of 20% protein, and a handful of
Scratch and Greens daily.

"We are a small
hatchery so
please bear with
us.  We are
trying to keep up
with demand but
we are restricted
in that good
breeding stock is
hard to find and
slower to develop.
We
refuse to use
inferior breeding
stock simply to
increase our
production."
All photos of birds and chicks are taken of our actual birds.
We do not use stock photos or go to shows to take photos.

Personally any birds we would be interested in purchasing we
would wish to see the parent stock and believe you would also
like to see the parent stock.

We are not professional photographers so our pictures will not
be perfect, but they will reflect a true image.  Please email if
we can be of further assistance.
